RLF renovated the 12,600 SF building providing more than 5,600 SF of meeting, collaboration, and training space including a board room, conference room, offices, and podcast/video studio. The renovation also created a leased space and separate entrance for the City's Economic Development office, consolidating economic development and business support services in one convenient location.
A noteworthy detail is that the original chandelier in the building remained intact and protected throughout the construction process.
