RLF’s people-centered values extend beyond the doors of our office to our families and communities. Always a company with a philanthropic heart, RLF is involved in numerous community organizations and events, including the American Heart Association Greater Orlando Chapter and the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball. In addition to corporate gifts to community organizations, team members volunteer hundreds of hours each year to support their favorite causes. The company’s yearly support of Second Harvest Food Bank is one of many such initiatives and ways of giving back.
