This new 12,000 SF medical office building is patient-centric and designed to appeal to all generations with new branding and standards. The medical office space accommodates three providers, approximately 30 support staff and eight nurse practitioners. Located on 2.17 acres, the building houses 30 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, three provider offices, basic radiology (X-ray, EKG, ultrasound) and lab draw services. The building became a prototype for Health First’s medical office building projects.
