RLF’s leadership team is made up of working principles who share a passion for design and a dedication to our clients. Our principals provide design, planning and technical expertise for projects of every size and type. Comprised of seasoned professionals and industry leaders, RLF’s leadership work to guide the firm’s growth, inspire team members, explore new professional boundaries, and create noteworthy environments of lasting value.
Steve Hingtgen, has served as President of RLF since 2004 and has been a member of the firm’s Board of Directors for the past 15 years. Steve actively engages in client business development and consistently works to advance the strategic direction of the firm. Steve joined the firm as a mechanical engineer in 1991 and has served as a professional engineer and project principal on many of RLF’s projects.
Robert Yohe, Senior Vice President of RLF, is a highly skilled medical planner and dedicated firm leader. Board certified by the American College of Healthcare Architects, and an advocate for the patient-centered approach to healthcare planning, Bob fills a vital role in representing the firm on healthcare projects worldwide. Additionally, Bob is an experienced project director, with more than 15 years of senior level project experience at RLF.
Kendall Mason, is a Vice President and Director of Electrical Design at RLF and is responsible for all aspects of design and staffing of electrical and communication resources. Ken is experienced in all project types from phased renovations, additions and new construction, bringing valuable technical skills and expertise to his work. Ken is an enthusiastic leader and is committed to providing world-class service and design to RLF projects.
Scott Fote, is a Vice President and Director of Mechanical Engineering at RLF with 16 years of experience leading mechanical systems design on all project types in Florida, nationally and internationally. In addition to directing RLF’s engineering teams, Scott performs the duties of project principal on many of RLF’s international efforts and is a dedicated member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
Architect Steven Langston, is RLF’s Director of Design responsible for the overall quality, direction and integration of design. Steve combines technical expertise and artistic skills to create innovative solutions for facility design and project delivery. Steve’s designs in the educational, healthcare and cultural markets have won more than 20 awards from client user groups and industry associations, as well as local and state chapters of the American Institute of Architects.
Debra Sellers serves as Director of Interior Design at RLF has had extensive experience in managing and leading interior design teams on projects within the educational and healthcare market sectors. Her innovative and progressive approach to interior spaces emphasizes client input and collaboration. Debbie successfully combines her acute business skills and unique design sensibility to develop interior solutions that meet our client’s goals and budgets.
For over 20 years, Sanford Cohn has been responsible for a broad range of complex, multi-phased healthcare projects. His passion for healthcare is evident in his planning expertise and attention to detail allowing him to clearly communicate with both owners and project team members to affect responsible decision making, keeping projects on schedule and budget.
For over 20 years Keith Holloway, Director of Architecture, has been involved in a wide range of projects at RLF and has influenced many of our standards and processes. He has been integral in the development of RLF’s technology practices and the implementation of our multi-disciplinary BIM strategy firm-wide. Keith is a member of the National Institute of Building Sciences buildingSmart Alliance™ and has presented at AutoDesk University, EcoBuild, AIA NTAP and other organizations for the advancement of BIM.
Ronald Lowry, Chairman Emeritus, is responsible for managing the firm’s government clients. Since joining RLF in 1980, Lowry has been largely responsible for the firm’s success with projects in the federal markets. His 30 years of experience includes an extensive range of expertise in planning and design of healthcare facilities throughout the United States, Italy, Egypt and Germany.
