Through webinars, seminars, conferences, conventions and in-house mentoring, RLF encourages education and advancement of our emerging professionals in support of firm-wide growth. We provide a positive supportive environment where we not only encourage our staff to prioritize family life and work, but recognize it as a necessity. We also like to have fun, in the office and out. Our social committee plans special events throughout

the year where co-workers, family and friends can get together to hang out, mix and mingle, and have a few laughs. From picnics and bowling nights to our annual charity putt-putt fundraiser, holiday party and kid’s Santa visit, our social calendar is never lacking.

Most importantly, we value our client relationships and we consider ourselves a trusted partner and confidant. We continually strive to nurture these ongoing relationships by listening to what our clients are telling us, and working together to uncover the right solution for each project.
