Intern / Architect:

1-5 years’ experience. Skills required are:

  • Ability to take direction and work self-sufficiently
  • Outstanding visual and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with fellow Architects and Engineers
  • Basic Computer skills, including Revit
  • Graduate degree from an accredited school is a plus.
  • Healthcare / Education / Federal experience is a plus.
  • License is a plus

The candidate must be willing and able to travel on an airplane, physically able to conduct field surveys in buildings and job sites and be a citizen of the United States of America.

 


Architectural Technician:

2 years’ experience. Skills required are:

  • Ability to take direction and work self-sufficiently
  • Able to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Outstanding visual and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with fellow Architects and Engineers
  • Basic Computer skills, including Revit

The candidate must be willing and able to travel on an airplane, physically able to conduct field surveys in buildings and job sites and be a citizen of the United States of America.

 


Project Manager:

12+ years’ experience, able to lead a project team of Architects and Engineers in producing great architectural designs.
Skills required are:

  • Experienced Leader with ability to set, monitor and accomplish tasks.
  • Manage solutions within cost and time parameters
  • Outstanding visual and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with fellow Architects and Engineers
  • Experience with UFC criteria
  • Experience doing DOD fee proposals
  • Basic Computer skills – Management of Revit platform projects a plus.
  • License required.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

Project Architect:

8+ years’ experience, able to lead a project team and provide support to the Project Manager in producing great architectural designs.
Skills required are:

  • Ability to take direction and work self-sufficiently
  • Outstanding visual and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with fellow Architects and Engineers
  • Basic Computer skills – Revit is a plus.
  • Graduate degree from an accredited school is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • DOD experience is a plus.

Mechanical Engineer:

5 + years’ experience, able to work with a project team and client to produce innovative and great mechanical designs. Skills required are:

  • Ability to take direction and work self-sufficiently.
  • Outstanding visual and verbal communication skills – presentations skills a plus.
  • Passion for the profession and built environment.
  • An eye for detail and able to translate ideas into reality.
  • Self-confident, flexible and collaborative – able to work with a team and be self-critical.
  • Computer skills – able to work in a variety of 3D and graphic programs. Revit is a plus.
  • Care about people and the environment.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

Plumbing Designer:

5 + years’ experience, able to work with a project team and client to produce innovative and great plumbing and fire protection designs. Skills required are:

  • Outstanding visual and verbal communication skills – presentations skills a plus.
  • Passion for the profession and built environment.
  • An eye for detail and able to translate ideas into reality.
  • Self-confident, flexible and collaborative – able to work with a team and be self-critical.
  • Computer skills – able to work in a variety of 3D and graphic programs. Revit is a plus.
  • Care about people and the environment.
  • Licensure and/or other accreditations are a plus.
  • Experience with HVAC design is a plus.

Senior Electrical Engineer or Designer:

7+ years’ experience with the following required skills:

  • Design electrical engineering systems, including power distribution, lighting, low-voltage, and fire alarm systems among others.
  • Perform engineering calculations.
  • Knowledge of discipline specific codes and other building codes.
  • Apply practical knowledge and experience.
  • Capable of independent decision-making.
  • Supervise subordinate personnel, or assist other engineers or designers.
  • Meet with the Project Manager to discuss/prepare the design scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Estimate discipline man-hours required to complete the design requirements of a project.
  • Perform quality assurance on projects.
  • Ability to communicate with in house and client parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design.
  • Additional duties as required.
  • Proficient in Autocad and Revit. SKM Dapper/Captor and Visual and/or AGI32 a plus.
